We follow a stone path under a gentle ascent, which leads us to the highest peak on the hill Vrmac, Sv. Ilija (785 m), which offers a spectacular view of the Bay of Kotor.

Gornja Lastva has an exceptional ecological value due to its authentic architecture. Stone, as the primary building material, and the Mediterranean flora, hiding the settlement from view, reflect the recognizable Mediterranean atmosphere. The biggest attraction in Gornja Lastva is the Church of St. Mary (15th century).
